Updating the company brand: when the Iliffe Media Group wanted to change its brand name from Iliffe Media to Iliffe Media Group, I saw the opportunity to expand its brand book from a single logo: in addition to the new standard logo, I added monochrome versions, reverse versions plus two-tier and portrait versions of the logo
The new set was adopted and launched group-wide in a variety of versions - with the all-important design credo that logo branding should be comprehensive and not confined to a single iteration - in order to fit and suit all purposes
Velvet Magazine's annual Food and Drink awards logo was created with colour, reverse and landscape versions; the event's success led to further food awards campaigns elsewhere and the same language was rolled out, with some modifications and new colour palettes where needed
